Returns Policy


REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY

The Padua College Uniform Shop complies with Australian Consumer Law.

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem, such as if the product is significantly different from the sample or description provided on our online shop.

If the problem is not major or is due to a fault in the manufacturing process, we will at our option repair or replace the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired or replaced in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.

If you need to enquire about a refund or return:

  1. Please bring your original receipt as proof of purchase if needing to exchange items.
  1. To return items purchased through the Uniform Shop online store, please bring a copy of the receipt that was created by the online shop at the time that you paid for the online order.
  1. Please return items with 30 days of purchase.
  1. If the item is not able to be dropped into the Uniform Shop in person, please attach a note to the item which gives your contact details and clearly explains why the item is being returned.
  1. If you have a garment which is an incorrect size, we will exchange it for the correct size provided that the original garment is unworn, not washed and in its original packaging.
  1. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for:
  • Formal striped shirts which have been taken out of their packets
  • Swimming briefs, skins or caps. If you are unsure about sizing please attend the Uniform Shop to try on a sample garment.
  • Socks which have been taken out of their packets.
